Not too long ago, our balance sheet was not sufficient for meeting our short and long-term organizational goals. Our debt to credit ratio was impacting our good standing and how we operated. Lean budgets and mounting debt from past transactions was diminishing our good name in the marketplace. DEG and its team of expert advisors helped us consolidate debt, restructure and become the thriving business we initially set out to become.

Business valuation and strategic planning used to be a great challenge for us internally.
