Lease-Tenant Opportunity
Attention multi-store operators! We are partnering with an investor group to launch a fresh food and beverage concept designed specifically to operate as a long-term tenant at independent fuel locations.
We are looking to partner with independent fuel retailers to bring a quality coffee and food-to-go program to market—think specialty coffee, fresh grab-and-go meals, and smoothies. Not the typical roller grill and day-old pastries. The kind of offering that gives customers a reason to come inside and come back.
The arrangement is designed to work for independent operators:
- You keep your fuel business. Our client buys fuel directly from you—your supplier relationship stays intact.
- You become the landlord. You receive steady rent from a long-term tenant without the headache of managing a foodservice operation yourself.
- Your site gets upgraded. A better in-store experience drives more traffic to your pumps and builds customer loyalty.
What we’re looking for:
Sites in the 1,000–2,000 sq. ft. range. Drive-thru capability is a bonus, but not essential. The initial goal is to establish 5–10 initial locations with the right partners—operators who take pride in their sites and see the value in offering customers something better than the big chains down the road.
